Yes, you can download again. But most time the download server has very high traffic...
If you get a connection refused or timeouts try changing your IP and try again. This might work.
Is it doesn´t help you can try again later.
Another idea would be to use an european proxy server (like proxy.tiscalinet.ch, port 8080). Maybe that helps.
I´d like to know why you are using onlinetvrecorder.
At the moment there are only german tv stations available...
