USWPIX - Nothing is happening to solve the recording problems

hello,

still nothing is happening about the ongoing recording problems with USWPIX.
I am staring a new thread since those are apparendly always found by the officials here but not answers about what is done to solve the problem, when it will be solved or just some answer what so ever. So instead of telling me now that there is another tread, I would really appreaciate an answer to the problem with USWPIX and from what I read here I am not the only one!!!!

So please give the users here some answers and news about it!
